The Meaning Behind Boared Goat: Staying Hungry, Staying Foolish

Every artist carries a symbol — mine happens to have horns.

Boared Goat was born from two zodiac signs: mine (the boar) and my son’s (the goat). Together, they represent hunger and foolishness — two traits that I’ve learned to embrace, not escape.

The phrase “Stay Hungry, Stay Foolish” from Steve Jobs’ Stanford speech became more than a quote — it became a mindset. For me, “Boared Goat” isn’t just a name. It’s a reminder to keep charging forward, to remain curious, and to never lose that raw, almost naive belief that art still matters.

In a world that often rewards imitation, I’ve chosen to double down on originality — to create art that reflects both struggle and spirit. Boared Goat is about moving through fear with appetite. It’s about making work that doesn’t wait for approval.

Every collection I release — from The System and The Self to the Deconstructed Series — shares this pulse. They’re different languages telling the same truth: stay driven, stay wild, and never stop creating.

My art isn’t made to sit quietly on walls. It’s made to challenge, to question, and to remind both of us — the artist and the viewer — that staying hungry and foolish might just be the smartest thing we can do.
